Old Dominion Construction is currently being managed by Mr. Raj Chopra, a life-long resident of Bluefield, Virginia. Mr. Chopra graduated from Graham High School in 1989, Hampden-Sydney College 1993 and Mississippi College School of Law in 1996. As the managing member of Old Dominion Construction LLC, Mr. Chopra continues to expand Old Dominion into other areas of real estate development such as self-storage and mobile home parks.
